You keep ownership of any rights you hold in your ruse. By submitting it for consideration, you grant Ark & Ember LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit, format, display, publish, archive, promote and distribute an accepted submission as part of Lumen Ruse and its promotional materials. You confirm the ruse is your own original work — or that you hold the rights to submit it — and that publishing it would not knowingly infringe anyone else’s rights or copy another setter’s protected wording. If published, it may credit your public display name — never your email or account identity. Full detail lives in the Terms of Service.
